Let’s celebrate our love for Alsace together!
Discover the traditional art of Springerle, wooden or terracotta cake molds that are a symbol of 15th-century Alsatian craftsmanship. Their name, meaning “little jumper,” comes from the motion of tapping the mold to gently release the dough. In this workshop, get introduced to this relief-imprinting technique, playing with positive and negative shapes to create a charming and authentic springtime design.
Free access
No additional charge to the entrance fee
