At Domaine Schneider, we love those simple, precious moments when everything makes sense around a table, a glass of wine, and some great encounters. We open the doors of our estate to you for an evening designed as a true gourmet interlude, at the heart of our cellars and our world.

For the occasion, we have entrusted Jean-Christophe Perrin, chef at Restaurant l'Altevic in Hattstatt, with the task of creating 3 food and wine pairings around our cuvées.

3 moments where food and wine meet, complement and reveal each other. Textures, aromas and flavours that naturally match the richness and diversity of Alsace wines, revealing a different way of discovering them as the evening progresses.

A collaboration born of the desire to sublimate wine through cuisine, and cuisine through wine.

We want this evening to be warm and gourmet. An evening where we take the time to taste, exchange ideas and enjoy the moment to the full.
